Our Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. To demonstrate this, we've compiled this notice explaining our practices and policies so you know exactly what information goes where. If you have any questions please contact us and we'll be happy to put your concerns to rest.

Information We Collect

Obviously, if you email us we will have "collected" your email address - Sales tickets which are not upgraded to active accounts are purged from the system after 90 days, at which point we will no longer have your email address.

Should you choose to acquire service(s) from us, the following information will also typically be collected:

How We Use Information

We endeavour only to collect information that is vital to providing a decent service, and only use this information for this purpose. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide our service.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Our Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

What happens to your information when the relationship ends

Should our business relationship with you come to an end, all of your identifying information can be purged from our machines at your request up to or approximately 90 days (send the request any time, such as when you cancel service, we'll delete the information as soon as we can). Of course, accounts will have to be settled before any information will be deleted. Hard copies of things like invoices, order forms, authorization forms, etc will be kept in a secure filing cabinet in our offices for around 7 years, after which they are shredded and destroyed.

Domain Registrant Information

Unless you are a Domain-by-proxy customer, ICANN regulations require that valid contact information be available for the domain whois service. It needn't be your home address, a P.O. Box will suffice, and our staff can assist you in complying with these regulations with the minimal amount of exposure.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

In most cases of criminal activity, we will cooperate with law enforcement agencies upon receipt of a subpeona to do so. If it is our responsibility under law to report the action proactively, we must and will do so.

One specific deviation from this policy: In the cases of child pornography, we will always proactively turn over any identifying information to the FBI and let them sort it out.
